Physician Recruiter – Responsible for developing relationships with physicians in desired specialty with national clientele.  Requires excellent organizational skills, ability to negotiate, needs analysis sales approach and goal oriented discipline.  Extra duties to include representing BAS HealthCare at national conferences, advertising positions in print and on the web and developing marketing and recruitment documentation.  Ability to work in a team environment and understanding of employment contracts is needed as well.

Research and Development – Our R&D Division represents one of the strongest aspects of BAS HealthCare.  This is a marketing division for BAS HealthCare and the initial representation to our national clientele.  Position involves direct contact with Administrators, CEO’s, CFO’s, etc… of the top health care organizations in the world.  Marketing strategies for BAS HealthCare are formulated in this division and presented to the clientele.  Position requires a desire to create and think outside the box.  Ability to work in a team environment, goal oriented and creative interests are a must for this position.

Intern – BAS HealthCare offers internships to college students to allow them to learn the physician recruitment field. They'll gain better insight into business to business relationships with national hospitals, multi-specialty groups, single specialty groups, psychiatric facilities and many more health care organizations.
