BAS HealthCare works on a contingency basis and thus collects no payment for any recruitment services rendered unless your organization enters into a working agreement/relationship with one of our referred physicians.
BAS HealthCare not only advertises for your opportunity in a number of forums, including our website, but we present your position to all of our active physicians currently looking in your area. We maintain a database of thousands of active candidates from which to match and present available opportunities. BAS carefully screen our candidates and provides you with CVs and information on only those who have expressed unique interest in your opportunity. We then help facilitate conversations, interviews, negotiations, etc, to help the recruitment process result in an effective placement.
BAS HealthCare does all it can to ensure physicians we're submitting are not only qualified and interested in your particular opportunity but have clean and active licenses. In addition to asking every physician we work with whether or not they have past or current licensure or malpractice issues, we carefully check the status of their licensure and gather information as well as disclose any information we might find affecting the credentialing/hiring process.
In addition to our regular services, BAS HealthCare can design and distribute a direct marketing mailer for your particular opportunity. We can custom the piece to those physicians which fit a number of factors including those licensed in your state, living in your state, those who have trained in your state, etc.. BAS HealthCare can provide such a service to you for our direct cost of production, which is approximately $1 per piece. A similar marketing campaign can be done via email as well.
